Spokane Land Bank
Committed to turning land into affordable homes for Spokane County’s future.
The Spokane Regional Land Bank was established in May 2022 by Spokane Low Income Housing Consortium. Its mission is to provide access to low-cost land for affordable housing development. In January of 2026, The Land Bank merged with Housing for All, a community land trust non-profit organization.
Spokane Land Bank 2025-2026:

Passed State-wide Land Bank Legislation: HB 1974 was signed into law by Governor Ferguson on March 27th.
Implementing brownfield grant, identifying parcels in need of phase one and phase two environmental reviews that can be used for low-income housing
